摘要
1978年开始的中国渐进式改革取得了举世公认的成功,中国的渐进式改革有其自身的特点和成功的经验。随着改革的逐步推进,宪法制度得以完善。改革的成功促进了宪法制度的完善,宪法制度的完善又促进改革的顺利进行。
The step-by-step style innovation, which began from the year of 1978 in China, is successful.
