华为的成功可以有多种解释,有人认为是因为华为恰好进入了技术进步最快的信息产业,有人认为是因为华为赶上了中国通讯设备整体性更新改造的机会,有人认为"时间管理"是其成功的重要法宝。然而,这些解释是不完整的。一个企业能够十几年如一日地持续发展,其中必有一种根本性的因素在发挥作用",而这一根本性的因素就是其建立在"熔炉"和"马赛克"基础的强势企业文化。
