摘要
目的了解护理工作压力因素出现频率及压力程度,帮助管理者及护士正确认识并设法应对压力。方法以加拿大护士协会确认的医院护理人员压力因素为基础,结合我省护理工作涉及的相关项目和医院护理工作现状设计的问卷,采用方便抽样方法对2002年以来四川省各级医院在成都地区参加进修及培训的护理人员480例压力情况进行问卷调查。结果护理人员的压力处于中上等水平;职务与压力程度有关;压力因素的发生频率与压力程度之间呈显著正相关关系。责任重大、危重症病人多、轮班工作、要求随叫随到、与护理有关的问题得不到解决、缺乏培训等因素发生频率较高。结论护理管理者应通过减少各种压力因素出现频率来减轻护士的工作压力;护士应重视自身的心理调节,减轻自身压力。
Objective To find out the related factors and extent of nursing work stress and help managers and nurses to realize the pressure correctly and try to deal with it. Methods Based on the pressure factors of nurses affirmed by the Canada Nurse Association and combined with related items of Sichuan provincial nursing work and hospital nursing work status, we designed a questionnaire. A survey was conducted by the way of questionnaire collected from 480 nurses who worked at various levels of hospitals of Sichuan province and received training in Chengdu since 2002. Results The extent of nurses' pressure was middle high. The extent of the pressure was related with duty. The frequency of pressure appearance was positively correlated with the extent of pressure. Heavy responsibility, a large number of critically ill patients to deal with at a certain time, work shift, requirement for being available anytime, unsolved nursing-related problems, and lack of training were major factors inducing work stress. Conclusion Nursing managers should abate the work stress of nurses by reducing all kinds of relevant factors. Nurses should pay attention to own psychological adjustment and in this way release work stress.
