摘要
以氟碳铈矿为铈源,氨水为沉淀剂,H2O2为氧化剂,加入少量表面活性剂作为分散剂,采用化学沉淀法合成纳米CeO2。研究了氟碳铈精矿溶解反应温度、反应时间、表面活性剂种类和用量、煅烧温度和煅烧时间等因素对纳米CeO2晶粒尺寸的影响,得到了最佳工艺条件,在此条件下得到的纳米CeO2粉末为立方晶体,结晶趋于完整,粒径较小。
Nano-sized CeO2 powders were prepared by the co-precipitation method by using the bastnaesite, ammonia and the hydrogen peroxide solution as starting material, precipiting reagent and oxidant, respectively, The effect of processing conditions, such as reaction temperature, reaction time, machine stirring velocity, calcinations temperature and calcinations time, on grain size or relative density of nano-sized CeO2 powders were investigated. The optimizing conditions were obtained, The asprepared CeO2 nano-particles were of cubic crystal and the crystallization structure tended to the integrity.
