摘要
用高剪切纤维离解机对未漂白硫酸盐浆进行处理,并测定了纸浆的性能和浆张物理性能。结果表明:纸浆的打浆度下降3°SR,滤水性能得到提高,浆张平滑度得到改善。浆张的抗张指数提高8.7%,耐破指数提高5.2%,撕裂指数提高18.7%。
The unbleached kraft pulp was dealt with a high-shear fiber kneader, moreover, the pulp properties and paper strength properties were measured. The results show that the beating degree of the pulp decreases 3°SR,the drainability of the pulp and the smoothness of the paper sheet are improved. The pulp has an increase of 8.7 % for tensile index,5.2% for burst index,18.7% for tear index.
