摘要
针对炼化企业的氢气分配网络系统,提出了以最小公用工程氢气用量和匹配简化为目标的二步优化模型。通过实例的优化分析计算,讨论了氢网络的匹配数与公用工程氢气用量松弛率的关系。研究结果表明,网络的匹配数与松弛率近似呈反曲函数关系,适当地放大系统节氢量的要求,可获得较简单的网络匹配结构。采用该数学优化模型可以综合考虑系统的节氢限制和网络中流股匹配的限制,从而优化氢气网络。
A two-step superstructure model was proposed to obtain the minimal usage of hydrogen utility and to facilitate the matches in the hydrogen distribution network in a refinery. A case study was conducted to investigate the relations between the match number and the relaxation rate of the hydrogen utility in the hydrogen network. The results showed that the sigmoid curve was observed in correlating the match number to the relaxation factor of the hydrogen utility, which implied that much simpler hydrogen network could be reached while the target of the hydrogen consumption was relaxed. The optimization model is a useful tool to tradeoff the restriction of the hydrogen consumption and the restriction of the matches in a hydrogen distribution network.
