纤维状磷酸八钙单晶体的合成方法及形成机理 被引量:5

摘要 纤维状的磷酸八钙陶瓷具有良好的生物活性及优异的力学性能,可与生物医用高分子复合形成编织状多孔材料,可作为骨替代物,也可作为催化剂的载体。本研究采用低温水溶液均相沉淀技术,以尿素为沉淀剂,通过控制离子在体系中的释放速度,使晶核按一定方式生长和发展,从而制备出结晶度好、纯净的纤维状磷酸八钙单晶体,而且该纤维能互相编织形成大片的薄膜。X射线衍射谱、红外吸收光谱、透射电镜分析证明所得晶体为磷酸八钙单晶体。 Octacalcium phosphate(OCP) fibers were successfully synthesized using homogenous precipitation method from the aqueous solutions in the present study.The as-collected OCP was examined by SEM,XRD,FTIR and TEM.Examination of individual fibers using TEM showed that the as-synthesized OCP fibers were well crystallized single crystals and the selected area diffraction pattern was consistent with the XRD results.This investigation demonstrated that homogenous precipitation at low temperature is a convenient method for precipitation OCP fibers and pH value is the critical factor affecting precipitation process.
