摘要
百重7稠油井区地处克拉玛依最好的水源—百口泉地下水,为保证水源地水质及水源地环境不受污染,稠油污水外输至水源地10km外的百联站稠油污水处理系统进行处理。该项目通过研究水处理药剂与污水中悬浮物与油珠的作用机理,运用多种水处理的新老理论,并结合药剂及工艺实验,研究出多种新技术,形成了独创的"稠油污水微涡旋处理技术",具有工艺简捷、管理方便、运行成本低等特点;确保了处理后达标回注百口泉地区稀油油田,保持地层能量;因此,该项目是一个集环保、节能、上产于一身的科研项目。
BaiZhong 7 heavy oil well lies in BaiKouQuan groundwater,it is best water source in karamay.In order to ensure the water quality and environment of water source from contaminating,the heavy oil wastewater is transferred to BaiKouQuan combined treatment station at a distance 10km from water source,where treating is carried out by treatment system of the heavy oil waste water.A variety of new techniques are researched by researching the effect of water treatment chemical on suspended solid and oil droplet in waste water through,applying all sorts of water treatment theory and combining chemical and technical experiment,and applying strengthening flocculation of the 'uniform isotropy turbulence'.The technique have the properties of technical simplicity,management facility and lower running cost etc.The treated water quality of wastewater is ensured to reach the reinjection index of BaiKouQuan oil field.Therefore,the project is a scientific research project of combination of environmental protection,saving energy and increasing production.
