摘要
文章以湖北省随州市农村调查数据为基础,考察了我国中部地区农村劳动力资源现状,分析了中部地区农村剩余劳动力转移面临的新形势,提出了相应的开发利用对策。认为转变农民就业意识,加强对农民非农就业的技能培训,是当前农村劳动力资源开发的有效措施,并指出对中部地区农民培训应围绕第二、三产业发展的需要进行。
Taking Suizhou City of Hubei Province as a case, the condition of rural human resources in Middle China was analyzed in the paper. The results showed that the rural labors' concept lags behind the request of modern agricultural construction and training of farmers is more important for the improvement of their quality at present. The current situation and issues of rural surplus labor transfer were reviewed and discussed also. It is concluded that enterprise training for the adjustment of agricultural industry structure should be valued in Middle China.
