摘要
文章在对高职生毕业实习进行跟踪调查的基础上,分析了毕业实习工作组织和管理的过程中存在的问题和不足,并提出了解决这些问题的对策。
Based on the tracking survey of the higher professional students＇field training before graduation, the article analyzes the issues existing in managing and monitoring process. It puts forward suggestions and measures to solve the issues.
