摘要
为了实现结冰的自动探测,文中给出了一种采用谐振管式结构,精确可靠探测结冰的传感器设计的方法。简要介绍了振动管式冰传感器的工作原理和性能特点。针对环境温度对传感器性能的影响,重点给出了传感器的软硬件设计方法及硬件进行温度补偿的方法。
A design of highly accurate and reliable ice sensor based on vibration tube is proposed for ice auto detection. The principles and features of vibration tube ice sensor are introduced briefly with emphasis on the methods of hardware and software design. A method of compensation is presented in view of the effect of ambient temperature on sensor performance.
