摘要
利用对高效减水剂等具有强吸附性能的水泥混凝土无机增强剂天然沸石为载体,制作载体浣化剂,用以控制混凝土的坍落度损失,可使混凝土拌合物的坍落度维持2—2.5h不变,添加载体流化剂的混凝土3d、7d以及28d的强度均比不添加的混凝土的强度分别提高10%左右。本文从理论与实践两方面阐明了载体流化剂的作用机理与效果,充分说明了载体流化剂是泵送混凝土的一种良好的改善流动性的外加剂。
By use of an inorganic accelerator as a carrier, which strongly absorbs high-effe-ciency water reducing agent, a carrier fluidizing agent(CFA)is prepared for the purpose of effectively controlling the slump loss of concrete. The slump of concrete mixture with this CFA can be kept without any loss for 2.0—2.5 hours, and the strength of concrete at 3, 7 and 28 days is about 10% higher than that of the concrete without CFA.In this paper, the mechanism and effect of CFA are explained both from theoretical and practical point of view. It has been evidently proved that CFA is an excellent admixture for improving the fluidity of pumping concrete.
