摘要 通过对某电站锅炉水冷壁烟气侧腐蚀特点、水冷壁管组织状况、垢层能谱、电厂入煤中硫含量、电厂入煤相关指标、锅炉运行状况分析,辅以高温腐蚀机理探讨结果表明:该锅炉水冷壁发生了高温硫腐蚀。这与燃料中硫和氯含量较高密切相关,也与锅炉还原性气氛、机组长期在高温下运行有关。并提出了防范和治理措施。 All of corrosion character of boiler cooling water-wall, microstructure of boiler water-wall tube material, EDS of scale layer , sulfur containing of power plant coal and other related factors, analysis of boiler operation were investigated and the high-temperature corrosion mechanism was discussed. The result shows that the boiler water-wall tubes have suffered high-temperature sulfur attack. It was due to high chlorine containing and sulfur containing of fuel and also related to boiler reducing atmosphere and equipment run in high-temperature condition for long time. Countermeasure and transaction methods are given finally.
