摘要
为提高机械钻速、减小对产层的污染,低压油气藏的钻探开发有时需使用密度低于1.00g/cm。的钻井液。采用密度为0.38~O.60g/cm。的中空玻璃微珠HGS配制出了密度为0.85g/cm。生物聚合物正电胶聚合醇钻井液,并在先导性试验井广安002-H1井水平段进行了应用。广安002-H1井是位于川渝地区的1口大位移井,水平段长2010m。该钻井液各项性能指标满足水平井钻井要求,使该井顺利完钻。介绍了该钻井液的配制、性能维护和钻井液固控等的现场应用情况。对该钻井液入井后密度难以控制的原因进行了分析,并提出了几点认识。HGS具有降滤失的功能,加入后钻井液滤失量易于控制,但其破损率约高达10%,因此应做好回收工作。
Using the hollow glass microspheres(density 0.38-0.60 g/cm3) HGS,a low density(0.85 g/cm3) biopolymer-MMH-poly glycol mud was formulated in an effort to increase the ROP and minimize the pollution to the low-pressure gradient reservoir in the horizontal well Guang'an 002-H1,which is an extended-reach(the length of the horizontal section was 2010 m) well located in Chuanyu area.This paper discussed the formulation of the mud and the property maintenance,as well as the solids control issues.Analyses were done on the difficulties controlling the mud density after the mud was circulated into the hole.It is found that HGS also helped reduce the filtration rate of the mud.With a broken rate as high as 10%,the hollow glass microsphere had to be reclaimed.
