摘要
编辑部门的组织管理体制改革是出版社推行企业化管理的重要一环。为此,出版社要确立自己的发展愿景,让每个编辑都朝之共同努力;淡化编辑部的部门分工,以便实现图书出版的板块化、系列化,多层次、多角度地开发出版资源;实行编辑队伍分流,确保选题策划的质量;借鉴"面条式组织"管理模式,对编辑进行优化组合,更好地发挥团队的力量开展项目合作。
The reform of organizational and administrative system of editorial department is an important part in promoting enterprise-style management of publishing house. Therefore, publishing houses should establish a developing goal that every editor will strive for. Work division of departments should be deemphasized so as to exploit publishing resources from various levels and perspectives. Diffluence of editorial team is necessary for ensuring the quality of subject choosing and planning. Editors should be organized optimally, so that the team spirit can be better brought into play.
