摘要
大学生就业指导是高校学生思想政治工作的一部分。有针对性地对地方高师院校的就业指导内容进行探析,对于增强地方高师院校大学生就业指导的实效性,促进师范大学生充分合理就业,具有十分重要的现实意义。
Guiding to the employment of university students is a very important part of ideological education in universities. Exploring pertinently the employment guiding in local teachers university is of great realistic significance to increasing the effectiveness and promoting the employment of teachers＇ university students.
