摘要 甲萘威和异丙威均能在碱性条件下水解生成酚盐,进而与对氨基酚及高碘酸钾的反应产物醌亚胺反应,生成蓝色化合物,但其吸收光谱相互重叠。实验采集了500~750nm波长范围吸光度数据,并对该数据进行一阶求导后用偏最小二乘法处理,据此建立了偏最小二乘-导数分光光度法同时测定甲萘威和异丙威两种农药的新方法。甲萘威和异丙威的线性范围均为0.4~4.0μg·mL^-1,检出限分别为0.15μg·mL^-1和0.20μg·mL^-1。用本方法对大米、苹果、白菜和水等实际样品进行检测,得到较好的结果。 A simple method was proposed for simultaneous spectrophotometric determination of carbary (CAR) and isoprocarb (ISO) using partial least square. The procedure is based on producing the different color chemical compounds. The experimental conditions were investigated and the spectra from 500 to 750 nm were scanned. The obtained data matrices were processed by derivative partial least square (DPLS). The linear ranges of the calibration curves for carbaryl and isoprocarb are 0.4 -4.0 μg · mL^-1. The limits of detection are 0.15 μg · mL^-1 for carbaryl,0.20 μg · mL^-1 for isoprocarb. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of food samples with satisfied results.
