摘要
采用免疫组织化学方法,测定人食管正常上皮和癌前病变组织中肿瘤抑制基因Rb和P16蛋白表达。结果:在25例食管粘膜活检组织中,共发现8例食管正常上皮、13例基底细胞增生和4例间变。在正常组织未见Rb和P16免疫阳性反应,而基底细胞增生中Rb和P16的免疫阳性反应率分别为16%和9%,间变均为33%。提示:食管癌变的早期阶段已发生Rb和P16蛋白表达变化。
The expression of tumor suppressor gene Rb and P16 was determined in human normal esophageal epithelium and precancerous lesions with immunohisto chemical method.Results:of the 25 esophageal mucosa biopsies,8 cases were found with normal esophageal epithelia;13 cases with basal cell hyperplasia and 4 cases with dysplasia.Immunoreactivity for Rb and P16 was not found in normal esophageal epithelium,but in basal cell hyperplasia,positive immunoreactivity for Rb and P16 was found with the rates of 16% and 9%, respectively.In dysplasia,the positive immunoreactivity rates of Rb and P16 were the same with each other (33%).The present results indicated that the expression of Rb and P16 occurred in the early stage of esophageal carcinogenesis.The biological significance of these changes need to be further characterized.
