摘要
为制备大功率低损耗压电陶瓷材料,对锆钛酸铅压电陶瓷材料进行了A位置换的比较研究.实验结果表明:采用摩尔分数为5%的Sr进行A位置换,制备的陶瓷具有较低的介电损耗和较优的压电性能;而采用摩尔分数为5%的Ba置换,陶瓷则具有较大的介电损耗.采用摩尔分数为5%的Ba和5%的Sr的复合置换,陶瓷能获得较好的综合性能,其性能指标tanδ,Qm,KP,d33和rε分别为0.47%,2 065,0.515,322 pC/N和1 470,适合于大功率器件的应用.
For the preparation of low dielectric loss piezoelectric ceramics for high power applications,comparative studies of lead zirconate titanate(PZT) piezoelectric ceramics by different A-site substitutions of ABO3 perovskite structure were carried on.The results show that the ceramics with lower dielectric loss and better piezoelectric properties can be obtained by the A-site substitution with 5 % Sr.While with 5 % Ba for A-site substitution, larger dielectic loss is gained.With 5 % Sr and 5 % Ba for A-site substitution,better combination properties are gained,tanδ,Qm,KP,d33 and εr are 0.47 %,2 065,0.515,322 pC/N and 1 470,respectively,which are suitable for high-power applications.
