摘要
目的建立下颌骨的三维数字化模型。方法选择1具合适的尸体标本,经固定、动脉灌注、包埋、数据采集,获得数字人数据集,取其切片数据图像中与下颌骨有关的二维图像,在计算机上去噪、描边、提取其轮廓线,导入Amira医学三维重建软件进行三维重建,生成的下颌骨三维模型行表面光滑处理并渲染。结果利用数字人数据得到了下颌骨精细的三维模型,在三维方向上真实地再现了下颌骨、下颌牙的解剖形态,并准确地显示下颌管的位置。结论应用软件重建方法获得的下颌骨三维模型,为下颌骨的影像诊断及正颌外科手术治疗、下颌牙齿种植等提供了解剖学依据。
Objective To reconstruct a 3D digitizing model of mandible. Methods A special specimen was choosed, after fixation, perfusion, section and other steps, a digital human data set obtained. Selecting mandible part image data of digital human to reconstruct 3D model of mandible by using Amira medical reconstruction software. The 3D mandible model was flatted and rendered by software. Results A 3D model of mandible was established by using digital human data. The model was fine to show the mandible, teeth and mandiblar cannel. Conclusion A digital 3D model of mandible has been completed, which provides an anatomical basis for imaging diagnosis of mandible, orthognathic surgery and mandible tooth plantation.
