摘要
在软体家具弹簧软床垫的高度偏差试验中,是按轻工行业标准规定的试验方法进行试验的。在对产品的试验工作中发现,该试验方法在对床垫的试验过程中,由于床垫宽度的不同,床垫单位面积上所受到的压力是不同的。同时,在不同检验检测机构亦因不同试验装置质量上的差异,可能导致同一产品在不同的检验检测机构会出现不同的结果。这对产品的生产、检验、和质量管理是不利的。鉴于此,选用了一种新的试验装置。经试验证明,该试验装置简化了试验过程,操作简单,消除了铝合金管下表平面与视线不在一条水平线时的读数误差,实现了读数准确,减少了检测结果的不确定因数,不会因床垫规格的变化出现床垫单位面积所受到的压力发生变化,可使试验结果尽可能一致,避免了同一产品在不同的检测机构可能出现不同检测结果的状况,从而具有较好的应用和推广价值。
In the size height deviation detection of upholstered furniture-spring mattress (spring mattress), tests are carried out according to the national standard test method for testing. The pressure to unit area of spring mattress is different for the changes of the width of the mattress. Besides, testing results of the same sample may be various for the reason that different organizations perhaps adopt varied testers.This is disadvantageous to the production, test and management of spring mattress. Therefore, a new test equipment is chosen, which possesses many advantages. It can eliminate the reading error between aluminum alloy tube and the line of sight, reduce the uncertainty factor, and avoid the phenomenon that the same sample may have different testing results, hence having a better extension use value.
