摘要
研究了Ag和SnO2的原始粉末形貌,并对高能球磨后粉体的分布特征进行了观察,研究了压制过程中Ag-SnO2复合粉体的密度变化和密实机制,推导了Ag-SnO2复合粉体压制的本构方程,该方程计算结果实测值吻合较好,预测精度较高。
The primary morphologies of Ag and SnO2 powders and the distribution characteristics of high-energy ball milled powders were observed. The density fluctuation, packing mechanism of composite powders and constitutive equation during pressing were studied. The results calculated by this equation correspond well with the measured value with satisfactory estimated accuracy.
