简单描述了企业管理中3个层次结构关系的形成和近年来由企业领导通过信息结构的最佳管理所获得的显著效益。MES(制造执行系统)在信息结构中起到的关键作用,受到了很大的注意。要强调的是MES有很强的"个性"应该结合企业的当前形势和要求。介绍了美国专家认为的现代企业生存的三个主要因素和SCM(供应链管理)的形势。SCM是在信息世纪进一步竞争的关键。它可以是缺少ERP(企业资源规划)的补充,是ERP补充的业务管理层。
It is simply described that the formation of three layers construction relationship in enterprises management and outstanding benefit achieved from the optimum management through information construction by leaders of enterprises in recent years. MES, which plaid key function in information construction, particularly has got high attention. It is emphasized that MES has strong ＂individuality＂, must combine present situation and requirement of the enterprise. It is introduced that some experts in USA considered that three main factors for modernization enterprise existence and simple situation of SCM. SCM is the key for further competition in the information era. It can be supplement of the shortage of the ERP and will be business management layer which will be supplement of ERP.
