摘要
热轧钢管在旋转抽出过程中产生的内螺纹影响钢管缺陷的检测精度。分析了钢管漏磁检测系统中内螺纹噪声形成的原因和特征,提出用软硬件相结合的内螺纹噪声抑制方法。其中软件法和门槛电路法可一次性有效抑制内螺纹噪声,非线性压缩方法可抑制低电平内螺纹噪声。实验和应用结果表明,内螺纹噪声抑制方法显著突出了钢管的缺陷信号,噪声抑制达20dB以上。
When mandril was pulled out from steel pipes rolled under high temperature, whorls was produced on the inner wall of the pipe and it would influence the inspecting precision of magnetic flux leakage testing system. The featurs and origins of noise signals were analyzed, a new method of combined software and hardware was put forward to impede the noise signals. Software and nonlinear compression method could effectively restrict and compress the noise signals. Experiments and practical applications showed that the new method could improve the signal to noise ratio remarkably over 20 dB.
