摘要
利用扫描电镜和背散射电子像(BS)等手段对未经使用的3Cr2W8V钢穿孔机顶头表面开裂裂纹进行了显微观察与分析。结果表明,由于材料中存在区域性的共晶碳化物偏聚现象,导致了在锻造过程中顶头表面出现开裂裂纹。
The cracking on the surface of the unused 3Cr2W8V steel punch top was observed and analyzed with the back scattered electron image of SEM. Results showed that there was the phenomena of the eutectic carbide segregation in local area of material, so that the surface crack propagate during forging process.
