天然气脱硫催化器扩张角对流场的影响 被引量:3

Effect of the inlet conical angle on the flow field of catalytic converters for gas desulfurization

摘要 为了使含有硫化氢的天然气尽可能均匀地通过整个催化剂载体,以提高天然气脱硫催化器转化效率和使用寿命,文章利用Fluent软件对催化器进行了二维流动数值模拟。结果表明,长渐扩管结构的流动特性明显优于短渐扩管结构;随着扩张角α增大,催化器流速分布均匀性逐渐变差,当扩张角增大到一定程度时,扩张角α对流速分布影响变得很小。 In order to enhance the conversion efficiency and durability of the catalytic converter for natural gas desulphurization,it is crucial to make the natural gas containing hydrogen sulfide pass the carrier body evenly as far as possible. In the paper,numerical simulation of the 2D gas flow in the catalytic converter is performed by using the software Fluent. The results indicate that the flow quality of long frusto-conical diffuser obviously surpasses that of the short structure, that along with the increase of the inlet conical angle(ICA),the flow velocity distribution uniformity gradually get worse, and that when the ICA increases to a certain degree, the influence of the ICA on the flow distribution becomes very small.
