摘要
从招投标阶段综合考虑的各种影响因素、实施阶段合同造价的合理确定、合同造价调整方法的选择、合同条款的完善、合同的全面履行几方面对施工企业如何加强合同管理进行了探讨,对确保建设项目的经济效益和社会效益具有重要的意义。
This paper discusses the way for construction enterprise to strengthen contract management from considering various influences in bidding stage, rational setting of contract cost in implementation stage, selection of contract adjustment methods, perfection of contract clauses, and overall implementation of contract, in order to ensure economic and social benefits of construction project.
