堆肥中微生物及分子生物学技术的应用研究进展

摘要 本文简述了堆肥中微生物的组成及其在堆肥中发挥的作用,综合介绍了复合微生物菌剂的选育方法和菌剂接种技术在堆肥中的应用研究现状,并结合变性梯度凝胶电泳等分子生物学技术对微生物菌剂研究趋势进行了展望。 In this paper, consortia and function of microbial community during composting are briefly described. In addition, preparation of microbes and the current status of application of microbial inoculation technology in composting are synthetically introduced. We also provide the introduction of denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis and other molecular microbial techniques. Finally, we review the trend of study on microbial agents.
