Understanding the conditions of the province can help to make a proper judgement and a choice of the developmental strategies. The situation and general strategy of the economic development in Hebei Province are： Hebei province locates in eastern region, but the economic level just remains the medium level. Therefore, for the economic development in Hebei province, industrial restructuring is a long-term strategy. The Development of Qinhuangdao, Tangshan, Cangzhou and Langfang can lead the economic development of Hebei province. Developing high tech-industry is the necessary choice of the long-term economic development. Besides, the county economy should be developed and Jing-Jin-Ji should be kept regional integrated development.
