摘要
目的:建立酸枣仁中酸枣仁皂苷B的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效毛细管电泳法,以24mmol/L硼酸为缓冲液,检测波长为205nm,电压16KV。结果:回归方程为Y=-9.38X+98.912,r=0.9998,在0.007mg/mL~0.036mg/mL的范围内酸枣仁皂苷B的峰面积与其浓度呈良好线性关系。平均回收率为100.1%,RSD=1.023%,回收率较高,方法可靠。结论:本法操作简便、准确可靠,可用于酸枣仁皂苷B的含量测定。
Objective:To develop a method by high performance capillary electrophoresis for determining the content of jujuboside B in Semen ziziphi spinosae.nethods:Electrode buffer liquid was 24mmol/L sodium borate.Detecting wavelength was 205nm and voltage was 16KV.Resultlts:The regression equation is Y=-9.38X+98.912, r=0.9998.The calibration curve showed good linearity over the range of 0.007mg/mL-0.036mg/mL.Conclusion:The method is simple, rapid, accurate and sensitive for content determination of jujuboside B.
