卵巢癌p14^(ARF)、mdm2蛋白表达及临床意义

摘要 目的探讨p14ARF和mdm2与卵巢癌的发生、发展的关系及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测69例卵巢癌、16例卵巢交界性肿瘤及34例卵巢良性肿瘤组织中p14ARF、mdm2的表达水平。结果在卵巢癌、卵巢交界性肿瘤和良性卵巢肿瘤中,p14ARF的表达阳性率分别为52.2%(36/69)、68.8%(11/16)和85.3%(29/34);mdm2的表达阳性率分别为46.4%(32/69)、31.3%(5/16)和20.6%(7/34)。3组中p14ARF表达的阳性率有统计学意义(P<0.05),mdm2表达的阳性率无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论p14ARF的低表达可能与卵巢癌的发生、发展有关。 Objective To study the expression of p14^ARF and mdm2 proteins in ovarian tumors, and the relationship with the occurrence and development of ovarian tumors. Methods The expressions of p14^ARF and mdm2 proteins in 69 ovarian malignant epithelial tumors, 16 borderline epithelial tumors, and 34 benign epithelial tumors were detected by immunohistochemistry (SP method). Results Among ovarian malign.ant epithelial tumors,borderline epithelial tumors, and benign epithelial tumors, the positive expression rates of p14^ARF and mdm2 were .52.2% (36/69)68.8% (11/16), 85.3% (29/34) ; and 46.4% (32/69), 31.3% (5/16), 20.6% (7/34), respectively. Among 3 groups, there were significant differences in the expressions of p14^ARF, and there was no significant difference in the expressions of mdm2. Conclusion The low expression of p14^ARF might contribute to the occurrence and development of ovarian tumor.
