摘要
本文阐述了机床热变形效应，并从抑制机床主要热源出发，采用新材料，实现热变形的在线补偿．
In this paper, the thermal defomations in machines tools are discussed. Then line compensate of thermal deformation including restrining the main heat sourceform machine tools, application of new materials are realized.
