摘要
创建省级"文明校园"是高校贯彻科学发展观、构建和谐校园,落实全国和全省高校党建工作会议精神的重要内容,本文就创建"文明校园"的重要意义以及与和谐校园建设之间的内在联系出发,结合西安建筑科技大学在创建"文明校园"工作中的具体实践,研究并探讨了如何进一步做好创建"文明校园"工作,为构建和谐校园,推动学校健康快速发展服务。
The establishment of the provincial ＂civil campus＂ is the important part of carrying out the scientific development view, constructing the harmonious campus and implementing the spirit in national and provincial Party Building Conference. This paper gets start with the importance of the construction of ＂civil campus＂ and the inner connection between the importance and the construction of the harmonious campus, and then combines the practice in detail of the Xi＇an Univ. of arch. ＆ tech. to make research and figure out how to promote the project of the ＂civil campus＂ creation. It can give the service to the construction of the harmonious and the propeling of the school＇s further step.
