摘要
在传统的二步混合加料法合成SBS工艺的基础上,使总单体用量质量分数为15%~19%,第一步聚合3min,合成聚苯乙烯硬段,第二步聚合6min,合成聚丁二烯、无规S-B软段及聚苯乙烯硬段,即可制备S-B-(S/B)-S型的新型SBS。反应体系属中、低粘度体系。在100t/a装置上进行了放大试验,产品的邵尔A型硬度为88度,拉伸强度为17.9MPa,扯断伸长率为1112%。
A novel SBS,S-B-(S/B)-S,with high elongation and containing random S-B soft segments was prepared on the basis of synthesis of SBS by two-step mixed-feed process with monomer amount of 15%~19%(mass),synthesizing styrene hard segments in the first step for 3 min ,and synthesizing polybutadiene,random SBS soft segments and styrene hard segments in the second step for 6 min .The reaction system was medium and low viscosity system. The scale up test was carried out in a 100 t/a plant,the product had Shore A hardness 88 , tensile strength 17.9 MPa ,and elongation at break 1 112%.
