杭州湾跨海大桥Ⅷ标段70 m整孔预制箱梁单片重约2 200 t,该箱梁出海码头属沿海地区重级动载类码头,码头设计充分考虑了浪、潮、台风、不良地质等恶劣环境条件的影响,并与施工紧密结合,既显著降低了成本,又实现了设计与施工上的多项技术创新。重点介绍码头设计方案的比选、结构设计及计算要点、主要施工技术。
A single piece of the 70-m full span precast concrete box girders of Contract VIII, Hangzhou Bay Sea-Crossing Bridge is approximately 2 200 t in weight. The delivery wharf built for the box girders is a one in the category of heavy-duty dynamic load wharfs in the coastal areas in China. In the design of the wharf, the adverse influences of harsh environmental conditions on the construction of the wharf, such as the waves, tide, typhoon and bad geology, were thoroughly considered and the design of the wharf was carried out in a way to greatly satisfy the construction requirements, which would not only significantly reduce the construction cost, but also bring about technical innovations in both the design and construction. In this paper, the comparison of the design schemes, key points of the structural design and calculation, and principal construction techniques of the wharf are mainly described.
