摘要
烷基化装置主要用于生产无铅汽油，经济效益和社会效益十分可观。由于在烷基化生产中采用氢氟酸作催化剂，对设备腐蚀十分严重。本文结合大连石化公司烷基化装置换热设备腐蚀的状况，对氢氟酸腐蚀类型及其原因进行了分析，给出了防护措施，为烷基化换热设备国产化提供选材及防腐方面的依据。
This paper presents analysis on corrosion types and corrosion reasons in HF heat exchanger,provides protective methods and increases the service life of equipments,In the meantime,this paper provides material selection and anticorrosion basis for nationalization of the equipments in alkylation plant.
