摘要
从限动连轧工艺、芯棒温度、润滑质量及芯棒加工、镀铬质量等方面分析了限动连轧机组芯棒使用寿命的影响因素,提出了提高限动连轧机组芯棒使用寿命的措施。
The influence of the retained mandrel process technology, mandrel bar＇s temperature, lubrication quality, mandrel bar machined and chrome- plating quality etc. on useful life of mandrel bar was analyzed, and the steps to enhance useful life of the mandrel bar of retained mandrel mill were proposed.
