摘要
公务员的权利是公务员基于公务员身份所享有的合法权利,对公务员权利的保障是世界各国的普遍做法,也是我国公务员法的立法目的之一;学习借鉴域外国家的经验,有利于我国公务员权利保障机制的完善。
