摘要
目的了解急诊科护士心理健康水平及其与社会支持的相关性，为对急诊科护士进行健康干预提供依据。方法采用一般资料调查表、一般健康问卷（GHQ-12）、社会支持量表对221名急诊科护士进行调查，并对结果进行分析。结果心理状况不佳的检出率为40．1％，其中焦虑、精神紧张及抑郁方面的异常率较高。急诊科护士的心理健康水平与社会支持呈正相关，即社会支持得分越高，其GHQ得分越低，急诊科护士的心理健康状况越好。结论必须重视护士的心理健康问题，并加强对护士的社会支持，以提高护士的心理健康水平。
Objective In order to know the correlation of psychological health and social support among nurses of emergency department, and then support reference for manager about emergency nurses＂ health intervention. Methods Investigated 221 emergency nurses about their psychological health condition by GHQ-12 and self-designed questionnaire, and then analyzed the data. Results There were 40.1% nurses had anxiety, intensity and depression, and there was a positive correlation between the social support and psyehologieal health among emergency nurses. Conclusion The psychological condition of emergency nurses should be emphasized by nursing managers, and they should reinforce the social support for them, and then improve their psychologieal health.
