摘要
飞机的使用可用度,考虑了飞机维修、供应以及行政延误时间,反映了飞机真实使用状况。从研究航材备件需求率出发,以使用可用度作为评价管理保障质量指标,结合经费约束,提出了基于使用可用度的可修件备件管理预测模型。利用该模型,依据某新型飞机的航材备件管理数据,进行了某任务假定下的最低保障条件标准计算,该结果可以作为某任务假定下的航材最低保障标准,在遂行相同任务时可以作为参考。
The actual service conditions of an airplane were indicated by its operating availability after considering the administrative delay, supply and the maintenance of an airplane. A predication model for the supervising of the repairable spare parts is established through evaluating operating availability as the quality target for the supportability management with economic constrain from the initial study of the aeronautic spare parts demand rates. Minimum support requirements under a presumption mission are calculated according to the management data of aeronautic spare parts for a latest airplane. The calculation results can be used as the minimum support standards and be referenced under such situations.
