摘要
[目的]探讨治疗环形混合痔的有效方法。[方法]对180例患者采用纵切横缝分段结扎的手术方法。[结果]180例患者均痊愈,总有效率达100%,切口愈合时间15-30 d。随防2-5年,均无肛门狭窄及肛门失禁,肛门功能正常。[结论]纵切横缝分段结扎治疗环形混合痔,疗效高,无并发症及后遗症。
[ Objective] To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids. [ Method] One hundred and eighty patients were treated with operation of longitudinal incision ＆ cross -sectional suture plus segmental ligation. [ Result] One hundred and eighty cases were cured. The effective rate being 100%. The averaye hospitalization time was 15 - 30 days. year follow - up showed no anal stricuture and fecal incontinence. The anal function the anal function was nomal in the discharged patients. [ Conclusion] Longitudinal incision ＆ cross - sectional suture plus segmental ligation is a better one in terms of better therapeutic effect and no complication ＆ seguela
