摘要
本文着重讨论了以苯乙烯、丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯为主单体,加入少量含羧基和酰胺基的功能性单体的核一壳结构型乳胶的合成及其在涂料印花上的应用。通过一系列的试验表明:合成一种核的玻璃化温度在-72~-68℃,壳的玻璃化温度在0~50℃之间的乳胶,能较好地满足在具有良好的色牢度和柔软性的前提下,不会产生回粘的涂料印花要求,可作为织物上涂料印花的粘合剂使用。
The synthesis of the latex with core-shell structure using styrene and hydroxy-ethyl acrylate as main monomers, small amount monomers containing carboxyl and amino as modifier and its application in pigment printing have been studied. It is founed that a latex with core Tg of-72~-68℃ and shell Tg of 0-5℃ is suited for using as an adhesive for the pigment printing. The resulted pigment printing can meet requirements of fastness and flexibility and will not be tacky.
