摘要
在无溶剂、无催化剂的条件下,以二乙醇胺和丙烯腈为原料,进行了合成N-(2-氰乙基)二乙醇胺的实验。由探索性实验确定了二乙醇胺仲胺基氰乙基化反应的主要影响因素,采用均匀设计并用SPSS与Matlab软件进行数据处理,确定了二乙醇胺仲胺基氰乙基化转化率与影响因素的回归方程。由回归方程确定了最优的反应条件:n(丙烯腈)∶n(二乙醇胺)=1.5,反应温度81℃,反应时间25min。在此条件下,二乙醇胺仲胺基氰乙基化转化率达99.9%。气-质联用仪与傅里叶变换红外光谱仪对产物进行表征的结果显示,产物为N-(2-氰乙基)二乙醇胺。
N- (2 -cyanoethyl ) diethanolamine was synthesized from acrylonitrile and diethanolamine with neither catalyst nor solvent. Main factors affecting conversion of diethanolamine in cyanoethylation was investigated. The regression equation of diethanolamine conversion and reaction conditions in cyanoethylation was obtained by homogeneous design with aid of SPSS and Matlab softwares. Under optimal reaction conditions obtained from above regression equation: mole ratio of acrylonitrile to diethanolamine 1.5, reaction temperature 81 ℃ and reaction time 25 min, conversion of diethanolamine in cyanoethylation mounts to 99.9%. Product N - (2 - cyanoethyl) diethanolamine was identified by means of GC - MS and FTIR.
