摘要
重庆市江北区中学教学楼单位面积建筑能耗指标为40.0kWh/m2·a,其能耗主要为照明和办公用电,目前节能重点为照明。因为受到寒暑假的影响,教学楼逐月能耗有着独特的特点,7、8月份能耗最低。教学楼能耗年增长大约为13.7%,明显快于其他类型的公共建筑增长,应引起重视。
The average unit energy consumption per building area for teaching buildings of the middle schools in Jiangbei District, Chongqing is 40.0kWh/m^2·a, which is mainly composed by lighting and office consumption. Among of the two, lighting is the point for the present. Because of summer and winter holiday, the energy consumption of the teaching buildings has particular characteristics from month to month. That is, the energy consumption in July and August is the lowest in the whole year. We should put enough attention to the teaching buildings, because their yearly increasing ratio of energy consumption is 13.7%, which exceeds that of all other public buildings.
