摘要
在实地调研和测绘的基础上,考证了原奉天省咨议局的历史沿革,阐述了其独特的历史价值和建筑史价值。在此基础上对奉天省咨议局提出了保护策略,在修复的技术层面展开具体的有针对性的研究。
On the basis of the surveying and mapping, the paper investigates the characteristic and history process of this building, and elaborates the values of the special history and architecture. According to this investigation, the paper proposes the conservative strategy and does some researches on the restorative techniques.
