摘要 江苏省皂河抽水站是我国最大的混流泵站,安全鉴定成果对其更新改造项目的内容和深度起着关键作用。以皂河抽水站为例,在全面调研分析基础上,对主机组的检测内容和项目作了分析。针对大型机组的特点,对机组现场振动、噪声检测采用了国际上先进的虚拟仪器进行测量,并采用先进的软件进行了频谱和小波分析。分析认为,可根据具体情况对泵站提前进行安全鉴定,而不限于投运25年以后;皂河站水泵机组在-8°的叶片角度下运行,相对比较稳定。 Zaohe pumping station in Jiangsu province is the largest mixing flow pumping station. The working security checkup weightily affects the content and profoundity of the updating and rebuilding items. Taking Zaohe pumping station as example, at the base of all-around investigation, we analysed the content and item of testing. Aiming at the characteristic of large-scale machinery, we adopted the international advanced virtual apparatus to test the machinery vibration. Besides, we did the frequency and wavelet analyses with advanced software. Safety appraisal is made to be advanced according to specific condition of the pumping station, and not be confined to operate at 25 years afterwards. Zaohe pumping station unit is operated at relative stabilized unit of 8 pump blades.
