摘要
泥页岩膜效率是泥页岩井壁稳定力学-化学耦合分析中的一个极其重要的参数,膜效率值的测量精度直接影响力学-化学耦合作用下泥页岩井壁稳定性分析的精度。在实验研究的基础上,分析了目前文献中给出的膜效率计算方法存在的问题,给出了新的膜效率计算方法,并将计算结果和文献中方法的计算结果进行了对比与实验验证。结果表明,利用新计算方法得到的膜效率值比文献中方法得到的膜效率值大,相差的幅度随渗透率的增加而增加,说明泥页岩的膜效率与岩石的致密程度密切相关。
Membrane efficiency is a very important parameter to borehole stability analysis coupled with hydraulic and chemistry for shale. The accuracy of membrane efficiency measurement affects the accuracy of shale borehole atability analysis directly. The limitations of membrane efficiency calculation method introduced in literatures were analyzod, and a new calculation method was developed based on experimental study. The calculation results were compared with that of literatures, and verified by tests. The compared results show that the membrane efficiency obtained by new method is greater than that of literatures, and the difference increases with permeability increasing. The membrane efficiency of shale is related to the degree of rock tight.
