摘要
结合广西城市堤防建设发展状况,对城市堤防工程防洪标准,与城市建设、城市景观及城市其他基础设施之间的关系等问题进行了分析,指出城市堤防建设在保证防洪安全功能的条件下,应结合城市的发展与定位,跳出单一的防洪建设范畴,与城市建设、环境美化、景观建设融为一体,多功能、全方位的协调发展,才能更好发挥其经济、社会和环境效益。
Combined with the dike construction in cities of Guangxi, an analysis was made on the flood control standard of dike construction in cities, the relationship between dike construction and urban construction, urban scenery and other infrastructure. With flood protection security as prerequisite, it is put forward that dike con- struction in cities shall take into consideration the development plan of city besides the flood control requirement, be integrated with urban construction, environment and scenery, coordinately develop incorporating multiple functions, so as to bring into full play its economic, social and environmental benefits.
