摘要
湖北省是农业大省,农村贫困问题突出,有国家级贫困县25个,省级贫困县4个,贫困人口多,贫困面积大.有贫困就有反贫困。上世纪湖北省的反贫困取得了巨大的成效,但贫困问题并没有从根本上解决.这主要是过去的扶贫开发战略及其实践仍存在许多问题,通过问题的分析,将能够为湖北省正确地选择新世纪的开发扶贫战略提供有力的依据。
Provided poverty, there is antipoverty. We have understood the present situation and reason of the countryside in Hubei province, now we mainly dissected the antipoverty achievements, and strategy and practice to assist the poor and exploit and problems last centery in the thesis, the intention is to offer strong basis for judging poverty situations and rightly selecting strategy to assist the poor and exploit in Hubei province.
