摘要
企业内部培训应视作企业根据其生产经营具体情况而决策的一种特殊的教育活动,其课程的设计应该根据企业培训的任务以及培训对象的特殊性来设计和实施。本文提出了"系列-层次-类型"模型概念,希望使企业内部培训课程的设计更具科学性、层次性、针对性、全面性。
Intra- enterprise training should be regarded as a special educational activity based on the development of the enterprise. The courses should be designed and implemented in accordance with the special features of the training task and trainees. In this paper, the "series - level - type" model concept is put forward, hoping to make the design of the intra - enterprise training course more scientific, hierarchical, targetable and comprehensive.
